A framed white rectangle picture frame capturing the cityscape of Dublin 2. A church steeple is formed solid and center taking the focal point to epic visual effect. My feeling of the day is one of a heavy sigh, a disheartening shrug, where one might think back on the people they no longer know and wonder why. With the sky blanketed heavily with dense nimbostratus clouds, the thick impenetrable cloud cover with a constant drizzle of rain falling and drifting across the city centre. With all this moisture in the air it makes the 10℃ feel closer to 3℃, leading to a chill factor that you bones just don't want to listen to. All my bones wish to do is retreat back from the cold, find solis in the folds of my recently vacated bed and be comforted by the fact that I no longer need to face today.
Though the cityscape is forefront in the frame it is backed with the most glorious mountain range, the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Range. Slightly smudged from my view point the mountains today are leading to an ominous feeling of dread. Who is coming from there, leaving their hidey hole to come and terrorise the denizens of Dublin's fair city. Will they come a knocking, thumping and hurling down the mountain side with chaos taking up the rear.
This day bodes ill, and outside my window predicts this well.
